The Trade Supervisor NVQ Level 3 assesses tradespeople supervising their own trade gangs on site. It leads to the Gold CSCS Supervisor card. It costs £950 fixed with no VAT, typically takes 4–8 weeks with assessment carried out remotely or on site from your normal work — no exams, no classroom, and leads to the Gold CSCS Supervisor card.
Qualification Overview
If you lead a trade gang — bricklayers, groundworkers, cladders, plant teams or any other trade — coordinating the gang’s work, quality and safety, this pathway recognises your supervisory competence at Level 3.
Your assessor gathers evidence from your live supervision, remotely or on site, typically over 4–8 weeks.
